Vovici, a leading provider of online survey management and enterprise feedback solutions, has further expanded into Europe in response to rising demand for voice of the customer and voice of the employee solutions. As part of the European expansion, Derek Brown has been appointed VP of EMEA to head up Vovici’s sales and operations across the region from a Kingston upon Thames base. Mr. Brown most recently held a position as a Senior Director at Oracle. In his new capacity he will be growing Vovici’s EMEA sales team with several new appointments to meet the rising demand for the solution.
A single solution for enterprise feedback, Vovici’s customers and partners in the EMEA region include Reed Exhibitions, Bupa, Unilever and Verve. In 2010, Vovici secured more than 500 new and renewal customers, and enjoyed a 70 per cent increase in EMEA sales, with a 35 per cent increase in worldwide sales. To support rising demand for enterprise feedback management solutions, Vovici has announced the opening of a London-based datacenter just this month that will support the rapid growth in Europe.
