Volaris releases official Windows Phone app

Today, Volaris released a mobile app for Windows Phone devices. Volaris is the second largest airline company in Mexico, offering low-cost tickets to 35 destinations throughout Mexico and 15 international destinations (currently all located in the US). At this time, Volaris offers travel to-and-from US destinations like Las Vegas, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Volaris airfares range anywhere from $50 to $300 for one-way flights; which is not bad considering where you can go.

Features of the Volaris Windows Phone app include:

  • Get to know Volaris flight routes
  • Choose a destination
  • Book your flight
  • Review your itinerary
  • View Volaris promotions
  • Contact Volaris

Volaris allows you to pay for flights via credit card or PayPal, making buying tickets quick and easy. Volaris for Windows Phone is a simple app with a straightforward interface. Depending on where you live, it is a great alternative to some of the other airlines out there. It is a great app for those of you that reside on the west coast of the US, not so great for those of us in the northeast. Hopefully, Volaris will add more US destinations in the future.
