This video shows off the Surface Pro 3's drawing and writing capabilities with the N-trig pen

Curious to see the new 12-inch Surface Pro 3 in action – especially the new N-trig pen? Check out this new video by Sean Ong, who has demonstrated the drawing and writing capabilities of Microsoft’s new laptop/tablet hybrid device. In the video, we see Ong draw Nintendo’s Mario and Yoshi, while using the Fresh Paint app.

“From my perspective, it doesn’t feel like theres any delay,” Ong explains about the N-trig pen. In Ong’s video, he demonstrates the pen’s capabilities in its entirety, even tinkering around with its features in OneNote and the Fresh Paint app. Just recently, Microsoft’s Steven Bathiche recently explained, in an indepth post on Reddit, why the N-trig pen was superior to the previous generation’s Wacom pen.

“In this video I show some real-life testing of the Surface Pro 3 pen , which is the N-trig digitizer. I show writing in OneNote and drawing in the fresh paint app,” the video description reads. We’ve embedded the video below for your viewing pleasure. Check it out and let us know what you think in the comments below!
