A few cool videos were spotted on Microsoft’s Windows Phone YouTube channel. We get to see a nice 15 minute demonstration of the upcoming Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update and its over 500 new features.

“Watch how Windows Phone 7.5 makes it easier to connect and share with the people who matter most. Organize friends into Groups, track conversations across texts, Facebook and IMs in one place, plus loads more. Coming Fall 2011, it delivers all you need in a smartphone — truly modern communications, a smarter approach to apps and internet that goes beyond the browser. The next release of Windows Phone is bringing you tons of new mobile features and everything people love about Windows Phone 7,” Microsoft states on its Windows Phone Youtube channel.

Mango was recently released to manufacturing and handset makers are working hard to make sure necessary patches are in place so things are ready to go.

‘Mango’ will feature an updated user interface with the intentions of “making it easier for the user to launch, to search, to find, to buy and to install” apps. The update will also feature a 25% improvement in memory efficiency and support for deep links into application content. We will also see a feature called Live Agents as well as better multitasking. IE9 will also be making an appearance in the update.

The videos do not contain any new information that we don’t already know, but it does showcase the many new features we will be seeing with Mango. Take a look below if you have not already seen it.
