Velociraptors And April’s Fortnite Crew Pack Are Both Now Live In The Fortnite Video Game – onmsft.com

The latest Fortnite Crew Pack is now live for all Fortnite players with an active subscription to the premium digital membership. It should automatically unlock after loading the game on Xbox, Windows, and all other supported platforms.

The April Fortnite Crew Pack includes the new character Alli, the Squee Back Bling, the Skellyfish Pickaxe, a Cat’s Paw Wrap, and a new loading screen.

The character design of Alli has been pretty controversial on social media since it was revealed just over a week ago with the vast majority of Fortnite fans expressing disappointment in what many are calling a rushed design.

Here’s some of the reactions on Twitter to the April Fortnite Crew Pack so far:

Great job you just made the worst crew pack

In more positive Fortnite news, the latest update that rolled out earlier this week has added velociraptors (see top image) to the game. These dinosaurs had been expected by players since the beginning of Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 due to the numerous large eggs littered around the map. They perform a similar function as the boars and wolves which were also added this season by acting as player obstacles, sources of items once killed, and potential allies if tamed.

It’s unclear if any larger dinosaurs are planned for Fortnite Season 6 though the possibility is definitely there given the game’s history of giant monsters and the current season’s focus on prehistoric content.

What do you think of the raptors and do you like the April Crew Pack? Share your thoughts in the comments below and then follow us on Pinterest and Twitter for more gaming news.
