Microsoft is working very diligently with developers to create first party applications to fill its Windows Store. With Windows 10 and its Universal App Platform, Microsoft is sincerely attempting to make it as easy as possible for developers to code for both Windows PCs and mobile devices with its Universal App platform. With new Universal apps being created for Facebook and Instagram, it looks like Microsoft is making some headway. With that said, there are still quite a few big names yet to commit to the Windows platform. Luckily, there are just as many developers creating their own 3rd party apps for Windows.
Such is the case with the new DunkinWP application from Huaxin Dai. This app allows DD card members access to their loyalty accounts from their Windows mobile device.

Finally, WP runs on Dunkin too! This is the first app that allows you to access the DDPerks loyalty program on Windows Phone. Just log in, and it will automatically sync your registered DD Cards, show your DDPerks points progress, even load your FREE Beverage coupon! It even generates QR code for your DD Cards and free beverage coupon, so you don’t even have to break out that screenshot to pay!

As an advent donut lover, I am embracing this app with open arms. Are you happy to see a Dunkin’ Donut app hit Windows mobile? Let us know in the comments below.
