UK Banks RBS And NatWest Deliver Updates To Their Windows Phone Apps – onmsft.com

RBSMobile banking has become an essential part of the smartphone experience, allowing users the world over to make payments and balance checks, no matter the time or their physical location. As such, their presence is much appreciated, and their absence sorely felt, as US customers of Chase Morgan and Bank of America found recently.

As such, the news that RBS/NatWest, one of the biggest banking concerns in the UK, has released a major new update for its banking app, comes as something of a relief. Users logging into the app will find a number of new features and tweaks that improve the functionality and overall experience of the app considerably.

Making consecutive payments and transfers has been made simpler, ISAs and Savings accounts are now more distinctly distinguished from one another, CashBack Plus can now be viewed and the app can be recommended to others from within the app itself. This comes in addition to a complete visual refresh to reflect new branding and a new, cheaper contact number.

Do you use the RBS/NatWest Windows Phone apps? Do you like the update? Let us know in the comments below.
