UC Browser for Windows Phone updated with improved privacy management

UC Browser for Windows Phone is a decent alternative if you’re having problems with the default browser which ships with Windows Phone devices. It offers enticing features, and regular updates to make sure its up to the mark. Recently, UC browser was bumped to version 4.1, and introduces improved privacy features for the app.

The latest update brings improved privacy management, and offers better incognito browsing, as well as better handling of cookies — clearing it efficiently. Furthermore, the developer introduced improved predictive URLs, offering users more accurate URLs as they type in the address of the app, and speeding up the whole process.

Here’s the complete change log for the latest UC Browser:

  • Improved Privacy Management: Better privacy protection with improved incognito browsing and clearing of cookies.
  • Predictive URL Input: Can more accurately predict the URL you type in the address bar.
  • Switch Off Slide Gestures: Added an option to switch off forward and backward sliding gestures.
  • Even Better Browsing!

If you happen to be a regular user of UC Browser on your Windows Phone, head over to the app store as the update is waiting for you.
