Tweetium Beta and Poki for Windows Phone updated, official Wellograph app debuts

Two new app updates have hit the Windows Phone store today, featuring an update for the popular Twitter app Tweetium and the popular and free Pocket client Poki. On top of that, the official app for the Wellograph activity tracker is now available for download.

Starting with Tweetium, which by the way is my personal favorite Twitter client on Windows Phone and Windows 8.1. There really isn’t anything more I can say other than what’s said in the official app description for Tweetium.

“Tweetium is the premium Windows Twitter client you’ve been waiting for. It’s slick. It’s fast. It’s been designed with ample feedback from serious Twitter users, with the goal of helping you get the most out of Twitter on Windows desktops, laptops, and tablets.”

With that being said, Tweetium is currently in Beta on Windows Phone and has been updated to feature numerous new improvements and fixes. The Beta app is free for those of you who have purchased the app on Windows 8.1. Here is the official change log:

  • Phone status bar and appbar now overlay the content area and are now transparent/translucent + colorized
  • This has other nice side effects like smoother keyboard entrance and appbar hide/show animations (i.e. for image viewers).
  • Status bar setting now defaults to “on”.
  • Added the ability to view the favorites of other users.
  • Really fixed the problem where tweets would in rare cases show up in the wrong view in place of correct tweets.
  • A few color fixes to various color schemes.

On the other hand, we have Poki, a free Pocket client with an unique reading experience. You can save links from any device (phone, tablet or computer). The app has been updated with minor fixes and improvements, and no change log was made available. Grab this update and let us know in the comments below if you notice any new improvements.

And finally, we have the debut of the official Wellograph activity tracker app.

“Wellograph is an activity tracker, a heart rate monitor and a running watch in one that delivers live, insightful information about the wearer’s activity through simple info graphic interface. The wellness jewelry is designed to be worn at work, at play or while exercising. With an easy to read infographic screen made of sapphire crystal the watch syncs easily to the Wellograph for Windows Phone app. Upon syncing the watch to the phone you can see your data for the day, week or month in beautiful color infographics.”

You can snag all three apps via the download links below. Remember, Tweetium is in Beta and is free for those of you who have purchased the app for Windows 8.1.

Thanks for the tips, guys!
