TV execs look forward to a world without ad-skipping DVRs

Would you be willing to start watching TV commercials again if you could save $10 a month on your cable bill? That’s the idea floated by a CBS TV executive in this Los Angeles Times article. The exec noted a recent survey by the network that found 90 percent of respondents would happily sit through commercials if it meant they didn’t have to fork over $10 a month for a DVR.
