Turtle Beach unveils its Xbox One headset, coming next month

Just the other day Microsoft unveiled its upcoming headset for the new Xbox One console, along with an adapter for those who wish to use different hardware. But Microsoft isn’t the only one who can produce accessories for its new device. Now Turtle Beach has unveiled its own offering.

The Earforce XO Seven is set to make an appearance on March 7th. It provides wireless connectivity to the Xbox One, game and chat volume mix control, swappable speaker plates, noise isolation and mobile device compatibility.

“The Ear Force XO SEVEN is the ultimate audio companion for the Xbox One™, built with tournament grade durability and superior quality audio components. Experience everything Xbox One™ has to offer and get the most from your games, music, TV shows and movies”, the audio company describes.

All of this technology will come at a price of $159.95, and customers can pre-order it now. That’s a bit steeper than the cost of Microsoft’s own headset, but Turtle Beach is a known giant in the computer audio industry. And more options in the market is always good for the consumer.
