Tribold announces Order Capture pre-integration for Tribold EPM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM – onmsft.com

London, UK – 12th October, 2010: Tribold and Logica have produced an integrated solution based on Tribold EPM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM with a configuration specific to communication service providers (CSP’s). The solution platform for product management, order capture and customer relationship management (CRM) can be used as a baseline for implementations where one or both functions are required.

By pairing best-in-class telecommunications industry software with Microsoft software, the solution offers a flexible, end-to-end product life-cycle management, order capture and offer management, and customer relationship management solution.

One of the key challenges behind any rollout of a CRM solution is the time and cost to configure the platform to match both the communication service provider’s business process and the specific products and services sold through the CRM channels. With this integrated solution, CSP’s can shorten the time to market and reduce the risks associated with CRM adoption.

Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Tribold EPM will deliver customer care and centralized product catalog management based on a pre-integrated configuration for service providers and will lead to a lower cost of deployment, ownership, and, specifically, product management.
