E3 2014: Titanfall sequel confirmed, but not an Xbox Exclusive

Titanfall sequel happening, and not just on Xbox.

The sequel to the blockbuster gaming title, Titanfall, is coming soon as multiple sources have confirmed. However, it won’t be an Xbox exclusive. The year’s biggest multiplayer shooter will launch for both Xbox One and PlayStation 4!

Respawn Entertainment and Bluepoint Games made the first part of the series available only for Xbox. While there is no word on when we can expect the game to release, the game is “in planning stages,” WSJ reports.

Last month we learned that EA had signed a new publishing agreement with Respawn Entertainment. EA also revealed that around 925,000 copies of Titanfall were sold by the end of March.

The company had said that it has signed an agreement with the Titanfall developer to “bring new Titanfall experiences to players worldwide.” EA will have an event later today, where they might reveal a few more things. We will update the post when we receive more information.
