Third-party SoundCloud app 'SoundClone' for Windows Phone 8 updated to version 2.0

We recently brought CloudOh – a third party SoundCloud app – to your attention and now we highlight SoundClone, which recently received an update to version 2.0. This is yet another great app for SoundCloud users featuring a clean interface and packed with useful features.

“SoundClone is your SoundCloud client for Windows Phone. Listen to your favorite music and podcasts, find sounds and follow artists. It is totally free without ads!” the app description reads. Here are the key features of this app:

  • A queue and a history list of played music
  • Background player, even when the app is closed
