Telegram Messenger updated with voice messages, broadcast lists and more

Telegram Messenger

Telegram Messenger is yet another instant messaging client for Windows phone, which features plethora of exciting features on board. It give users the ability to get in touch with their friends and family, create group of up to 200 people, secret chat feature, and more. Recently, the app received an update, bumping it to version 0.1.3.8, and comes with several new features.

Among the most notable ones is broadcast lists, as well as the ability to send voice messages to any person in your contact list in the secret chat. The latest update also improves the performance of the app on start up, as well as the allowing users to delete profile photos. Here’s a complete change log of the latest Telegram Messenger:
