TeamViewer app for Windows Phone 8 now available for download

TeamViewer app for Windows Phone 8

The popular TeamViewer solution that many user to connect and remotely control a Windows, Mac, or Linux computer is now available as an app for the Windows Phone 8 mobile platform! And best of all, the app is free for download!

“Remote control Windows, Mac, and Linux computers with TeamViewer within seconds. Providing spontaneous support for friends and family or accessing applications on your home computer while on the go, TeamViewer allows you to accomplish all this from your Windows Phone. Find out why more than 100 million users put their trust in TeamViewer!” the app description reads.

The app and service utilize 256bit AES encoding and 1024bit RSA key exchange for added security as well as an option to reboot the remote computer immediately. The app also allows you to connect to a computer with multiple displays and switch between the displays easily. For those who want more security, there is a licensing program that offers added keys and support.
