If you’re using either the Surface Pro 4 or the Surface Book, make sure to check Windows Update section as Microsoft is rolling out a bug fixing update for both devices. It’s not a big update, and some issues are still not addressed, the update improves the touchpad and keyboard experience on the Surface Book.

For the Surface Pro 4, it brings enhanced Type Cover stability. The Type Cover has posed issues to some Surface Pro 4 users during usage, some users even reported slow boot issues when the tablet is in hibernate mode when folded with the Type Cover.

The update is rolling out as we speak, but it may not be available for all Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book users right away. You have to wait for a little while to get the update on your device.

Let us know in the comments below if you’ve received the update on your Surface Pro 4 or the Surface Book.
