Surface Duo 2 Down to Lowest Price Ever

Have you been holding off on buying a Surface Duo 2? If the original price of $1,500 was too steep for your pockets, then now’s the chance to buy. The dual-screen Microsoft foldable is now down to $1,000 at both the Microsoft Store and Best Buy (via Windows Central.)

Note that the $1,000 price is for the 128GB model across both retailers. Yet, the higher-end 256GB model is also on sale for $1,100. The sale cuts $500 off the 128GB model, and also $500 off the 256GB model as well, in both the Glacier and Obsidian Black color options. That’s a huge savings, but with a trade-in of a qualifying phone at Best Buy, you can grab up to $700 off.

The Surface Duo 2 was originally released last fall on October 21. Many reviewers liked the changes to the hardware, like a new camera bump on the outside of the device, but still had issues with the software. Microsoft has steadily improved on the Android on Duo experience though, with monthly patches. If you want to learn more about the Surface Duo 2, check out our OnPodcast Special, where we talked with our own Dave about his experience with the device.
