Users of Microsoft’s new Surface Book 2 and Pro 4 will be getting firmware updates today. Like all firmware updates, the new updates include a host of refinements to improve the user experience of Microsoft’s new tablet and laptop devices.
Anyone with a Surface Book 2 can expect improvements in the usability of the Surface Pen on this device, including its top button failing when no clip is present. Additionally, stability improvements have been added to areas such as wireless security improvements, UEFI stability upgrades, and updates to several Intel drivers such as those for the touchscreen, graphics, wireless, and audio.
