As an added bonus, the Beta will have a survival mission on Tatooine, where you and a Rebel Xbox Live friend must survive wave after wave of Imperial attacks. Another new game mode called Drop Zone will also be included, with more information about this new game mode as we get closer to the Star Wars Battlefront Beta. EA will also offer a Star Wars Battlefront Companion experience with a card game called Base Command. With the Companion experience, you will be able to check game stats, game progression, connect with friends, and compare each other’s game stats.

During the Star Wars Battlefront Beta, the Companion experience will be available at www.StarWarsBattlefront.com. Once Star Wars Battlefront is released November 17th, the companion experience will be available on the web, Google Play, and Apple Store. No word yet if a Windows 10 Mobile version will be available, but you can still use the Xbox app to compare game stats and connect with Xbox Live friends.

WinBeta will have more information about Star Wars Battlefront Beta as it becomes available, so stay tuned!
