Spotify for Windows Phone adds Radio, Browse and Discover in major update

The Spotify app for Windows Phone has finally snagged a major update. Bumping the version number up to 3.0, the app has completely revamped its user interface. In addition, it also adds the much awaited Browse, Radio, and Discover features to its Windows Phone client, which it had promised back in February this year.

Without further adieu, let’s take a brief look at what these new features bring to the table.

  • Spotify radio: Spotify radio is here, which means that now you will be able to find music similar to your tastes. You will also be able to create your own radio station.
  • Browse: This feature offers you several available playlists to suit your mood. No matter what the occasion is, Spotify has you covered.
  • Discover: Analyzing your taste in music, the service will recommend songs to you. These lists are curated by music experts.

In addition, Spotify said that it’s aware of the issues with Facebook two factor authentication, and will have it fixed for the users in a future update. How excited are you about this update? Try it and share your views.
