Office 365 subscribers in Europe are experiencing issues today when accessing their Exchange Online services (via Petri). The issue seems to be such a nuisance that Brad Sams has taken it to Twitter to share his frustration.

The good news is that Microsoft is aware of the issue, it is currently undergoing investigation by the engineering team. Users will be able to check the status of the problem under EX172491 in the admin center of their Microsoft 365 accounts.

This isn’t the first time Office 365 users have suffered an outage. DNS issues caused another issue with Microsoft 365 preventing users with multi-factor authentication from logging into their accounts at all.

The good news is anyone in the United States and other areas should be able to access their accounts as normal. Hopefully service will be restored quickly for users in Europe, so that they can get back into their usual workflow.

Are you experiencing issues? Where are you experiencing them and what is the scope of the problem? Feel free to let us know in the comments.
