If you’re looking to purchase a new Surface device, then now is the right time to head to the Microsoft Store. The company has put certain models of the Surface Book and Surface Pro 4 on sale, and you can save $200, and also come home with a free $25 gift card for apps and games (via Neowin.)
Overall, the latest sale covers 3 models of the Surface Pro 4. The first is the 128GB, Intel Core i5 Surface Pro 4 with 4GB of RAM, which is now at $799 instead of $999. Next up is the 256GB, Intel Core i7 Surface Pro 4 with 8GB of RAM, which is now $1,299 instead of $1,499. Last up is the 256GB Intel Core i7 Surface Pro 4 with 16GB of RAM, which is now $1,499 instead of $1,699.
With the Surface Book, only two models are included in the sale. Leading the sale is the 128 GB Intel Core i5 Surface Book with 8 GB of RAM, which is usually $1,499 but is now $1,299. Last up is the 256GB Intel Core i5 Surface Book with the dedicated GPU and 8GB of RAM, which is normally $1,899 but is now $1,699 instead.
With purchases of all above models, Microsoft is also throwing in a free $25 gift card (until March 31st) for apps and games. These latest sales are quite interesting and may hint that the rumored Surface Pro 5 device may indeed be in the pipeline at the Redmond giant.
