Xbox

According to a new report, Microsoft’s next generation Xbox entertainment console will require an internet connection in order to work. On top of that, the report reveals that there will be a new iteration of Xbox Live as well as an improved Kinect that will be sold alongside the new Xbox.

Basically, the new Xbox will have both online based games as well as games available in physical forms such as a 50GB BluRay disc. Microsoft’s new Xbox will also feature an
AMD eight-core x64 1.6GHz CPU, a D3D11.x 800MHz graphics solution and 8GB of DDR3 RAM, pretty much similar to what has been reported before by other sources. No word yet on the hard drive specs. The report also adds that Microsoft is still focused on motion-control interfaces and will ship a newer Kinect alongside the new Xbox. Microsoft has yet to reveal any details on the new Xbox entertainment console.
