Pocket Explorer for Windows Phone 8.1 lets you manage your documents, downloads, and other folders

Unfortunately, Windows Phone 8.1 does not offer a File Manager app. Users who wish to move files around their device or organize files into different folders must rely on a third party app. Fortunately, there are plenty of third-party apps available right now in the Windows Phone Store. In fact, there is one new app that just made its debut – Pocket Explorer.

Pocket Explorer runs for $1.99 and features a professional and modern design. You can read, copy, move, share, or even pin any files from the app. You can access your music, pictures, documents, downloads, and ringtones with Pocket Explorer. You can even place a file or folder on your Start Screen for easy access. Files can be shared by email, Bluetooth, or NFC with the tap of a button. Best of all, you can organize files by creating folders.
