Heads up Forza fans, a free demo of Forza Horizon 4 will be available on Xbox One and Windows 10 later today (via Eurogamer). As the game won’t launch until October 2 (September 28 for owners of the Ultimate Edition), the demo should be a great way to get a taste of what could be one of the best Xbox One/Windows 10 exclusives in years.
According to the store listing, the demo will be a 27.83GB download, and the minimum requirements for PC gamers include 8GB of RAM and dedicated GPU with 2GB of memory like the NVidia 650TI, NVidia GT 740 or AMD R7 250. Xbox gamers don’t have to worry about specs, but it’s worth noting that Xbox One X owners will be able to choose between a 4K mode running at 30FPS or a performance mode running at 1080p 60 FPS
Forza Horizon 4 will introduce several new gameplay features including dynamic seasons, a shared world, new gameplay modes and showcase events, though we likely won’t see everything in the demo. We’ll update this post once it becomes available on Xbox One and Windows 10.
Update: The demo is now live and you can get it from the link below.
