While the Xbox One hasn’t been dominating the industry in sales, there’s one thing it’s been doing exceptionally well in: User retention. Phil Spencer refers to this quality as the console’s “Attach Rate,” and he says that it’s one of the best things that Xbox One has going for it right now.
@maau1092 @BeastFireTimdog @leflus Game attach on XB1 is great, Xbox customers are buying games, DLC etc. Usage is high etc.

This shouldn’t come as a big surprise to most people who play on Xbox One – the console has always done a great job at fostering a community. With the addition of features like Clubs and the new Xbox Insider Program, it looks like Phil Spencer and the team are looking to capitalize on that feeling of community in the years to come.
