Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 has officially been given the release date of September 13th for all regions. The game had previously been given the release month of September 2016 but no specific date had been locked in.

Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is a sequel to the first Pac-Man Championship Edition and boasts a dramatically, more stylized design than the traditional Pac-Man video games. The game will feature 2D gameplay on 3D worlds, dynamic mazes, and giant-sized boss battles.

Here’s the official game description: A new sequel in the highly acclaimed PAC-MAN Championship Edition series finally comes to current generation consoles and PC! Taking highlights from the past games in the series, PAC-MAN Championship Edition 2 features new eye-popping 3D graphics and funky visuals & soundtrack where players will be chomping and chasing through mazes to a whole new level of addictively fun gameplay!
