The popular online shooter will once again be free to play this weekend, the Xbox team announced earlier this week. Being an online game, you’ll need an active Xbox Live Gold subscription to take part in this Free Weekend which will run from August 23–27.

This is the third time this year that Blizzard is offering an Overwatch weekend on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. As usual, you’ll have access to the full list of heroes, game modes and maps, and any progress you make during this free weekend will carry over if you decide to buy the full game later.

You can already download the Overwatch Free Weekend client from the link below, though be aware that you won’t be able to start playing until tomorrow, August 23 at 11:00 AM PDT. In case you don’t have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, we also remind you Microsoft is currently offering one month of Gold for just $2 for new subscribers.
