Last month, we announced that we’re bringing major improvements to how Google Accounts work in Outlook 2016 for Mac—including an improved setup experience and Google Calendar and Contacts support.
Today, we are announcing a worldwide preview of these features that will run until June 30, 2017. During this time, anyone can install the earliest Outlook for Mac Preview build and help us test the new Google Account experience. You will have access to the same experience as our Insider Fast community—without the requirement of being an existing Office 365 customer.
The best part of the preview rollout is that you get advanced features such as Focused Inbox, richer travel focused insights, and package tracking features all while being able to continue to receive Fas Ring Insider builds without issue until June 30, 2017.
As with most Microsoft preview programs, it’s the feedback the company holds in high regard, so those who test this out should chip in their comments and suggestions to help shape the continuing development of features.
