The Digital TV Tuner accessory makes watching TV on your Xbox One a seamless reality

European Xbox One fans haven’t been so lucky when it comes to enjoying live TV on Microsoft’s latest console, but that’s about to change with the upcoming Xbox One Digital TV Tuner accessory.

The Digital TV Tuner accessory plugs in via USB and enables Xbox One console owners to watch free-to-air channels via the DVB-T, DVB-T2, and DVB-C TV standards. You’ll be able to watch TV in full screen or snap mode and still receive game invitations and notifications, in addition to the ability to pause live TV for up to 30 minutes. The Digital TV Tuner will also stream live TV over your home network to your tablets and smartphones through the SmartGlass app.

Come October 21st, the accessory will be available for purchase in the UK for £24.99, and in France, Germany, Italy, and Spain for €29.99.
