Lumia 930

The Nokia Lumia 930 is up for pre-orders in a majority of European countries, with an expected shipping date of the first half of July — it’s up for pre-orders in Italy, Germany, France, Ireland and a few more. Now, users residing in Norway can pre-order their Lumia 930 starting tomorrow, with July 10th as the availability date. Customers interested in the device will be able to grab it from Elkjøp, Lefdal and Telenor for NKR 4,495 (almost $730).

Nokia Lumia 930 is the international version of the Lumia Icon which is available exclusively from Verizon in the United States. Spec-wise, it rocks a 5-inch 1080p display, with a quad-core Snapdragon 800 chipset on board. There’s 2GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage, but you don’t get expandable storage which is kind of a bummer. On the back, there’s a 20.7MP camera with PureView technology and Carl Zeiss optics, and runs Windows Phone 8.1 as its operating system.

The July 10th launch date is in line with the availability date for other European countries as well. So, how many of you are planning to get your hands on the device? Sound off in the comments below.

Thanks MKS for the tip!!
