Nokia Lumia 620 now getting the Lumia Cyan update in India, Africa, and Latin America

After seeding the Lumia Cyan update to a collection of high-end Lumia smartphones, and the massively popular Lumia 520, Microsoft is now prepping to get the update on the Lumia 620 in several regions including India, Africa, and Latin America.

The Lumia Cyan update brings the Windows Phone 8.1 operating system alongside several Lumia exclusive features. The operating system will introduce you to your new voice assistant Cortana, a notification hub dubbed the Action Center, and a high-speed Word Flow keyboard among other features.

Do note that if your handset is on the Windows Phone 8.1 developer preview, the Lumia Cyan update isn’t quite ready for your phone just yet. However, Microsoft has assured users that it is working on a special release shortly. Alternatively, you can always downgrade to Windows Phone 8, if you can’t wait for the offical push.

Interestingly enough, if you live in India, all the Lumia smartphones except the 525 and 820 have snagged the Lumia Cyan update.
