NFL Mobile app for WP8

Microsoft has revealed today the launch of an updated and redesigned NFL Mobile app for Windows Phone 8. Formerly a Verizon exclusive, this app is the perfect companion to all those who love football. The app offers coverage on every preseason, regular season, and postseason game with stats, highlights, and news updates. You can even listen to game audio broadcasts, podcasts, manage fantasy football squads, and more.

“As the brand new, redesigned and rebuilt official app of the NFL, NFL Mobile is built to bring football right to your Windows phone! Receive Breaking news, Video highlights, Live game scores, Custom Team News, manage your Fantasy Football Team, and more,” the app description reads.

Those on Verizon have access to some exclusive content since the app is no longer Verizon-exclusive. “Verizon customers can upgrade to Premium Features to gain access to live streams of NFL RedZone on Sunday afternoons, live NFL games on Thursday, Sunday and Monday Nights, live game audio, live NFL.com webcasts and NFL Network 24/7,” the app description states.

The app is free and available at the Windows Phone Store. Hit the download link below to snag the app.
