Microsoft has already made sure we know how to maximize our Thanksgiving meal and plans using their hardware and software. But with Microsoft’s partnership with the NFL, there’s yet another way to spend Thanksgiving with friends and family. Microsoft’s NFL partnership will bring U.S. users a free game on Thanksgiving Day.
The NFL on Windows app updated in the past couple days, and the app’s listing of “What’s new in this version” states that “On Thursday November 26th join us at 4:30PM EST to watch the Carolina Panthers take on the Dallas Cowboys! Access is free to all US based customers”. The app is available for desktops, laptops, and tablets, so if you’ve got company tomorrow afternoon, then you’ve also got a game to enjoy for free.
The NFL on Windows app also lets users catch up on the latest NFL headlines and news topics, as well as see recent game scores, as well as a schedule for upcoming games across the top. There’s also NFL Fantasy baked in for the fantasy football lovers on Windows. Be sure to grab the app, which is free, to catch the game on Thanksgiving Day afternoon.
