Nextgen Reader for Windows 8.1

Nextgen Reader is our favorite RSS reading client for Windows 8.1. Back in March, the developer ran a limited time promotion, giving users a chance to download the app free of cost. If you didn’t get a chance to grab the app for free, now you have another chance to grab the app for a small price. The app is running on a 50 percent promotion in the Windows Store, reducing its price to just $1.49.

For those of you who don’t know, Nextgen Reader is an excellent Feedly client, which give users the ability to get all the latest news on their Windows 8.1 system. It’s also available for Windows Phone 8 devices, but it’s not under the 50 percent promotion at the moment. Users can change the theme to dark or light based on their own preferences. It also give users the ability to import OPML subscription to Nextgen Reader from other readers.

At the time of writing, the promotion will last for the next six days so make sure you grab it before it ends. Do you use Nextgen Reader? Share your thoughts about the app using the comments below.
