Xbox Music

Xbox Music on Windows Phone has had something of a troubled existence. Following the release of Lumia Cyan earlier in 2014, many users have experienced wide ranging difficulties with the app. Well aware of this, Microsoft has been working hard to patch every last crack, releasing a slew of updates over the past year or so. This included earlier in the week, in which version 2.6.656.0 was launched.

Now a new, minor, update has been released. A small bump from the previous version, 2.6.657.0 is now available from the Store and fixes an issue that some users had reported when launching the app. No other details are given regarding the release, this is just intended to fix one specific issue. As such, those still experiencing problems with the app are recommended to contact Microsoft here. By providing a change log with your description of the particular issue you are having it is more likely that it will be fixed quickly.

Have you been experiencing issues with the Xbox Music app? Did this update fix your issues? Let us know in the comments below.
