Microsoft has just released new firmware updates for its Surface Book 3 and Surface Pro 7 devices. The recent batch brings lots of refinements this month for improving camera experience and power consumption while using the Surface Book 3 device.
Moreover, the Surface Book 3 owners should also see some enhancements to improve overall system stability, CPU, and GPU performance. You can check out the full list of changes below:

Microsoft’s Surface Pro 7 is also getting similar enhancements to improve reliability with the built-in cameras, with some additional bits to improve pen support. So, we have skipped the duplicate entries to avoid repetition in the changelog below. As usual, these September 2020 firmware updates are available for all Surface Book 3 and Surface Pro 7 owners running Windows 10 version 1903 or newer. To be clear, it’s the second wave of updates for the Surface Book 3 PCs this month, and the first round focused on addressing issues with audio reliability, Sleep power consumption, Wi-Fi performance, and GPU stability.
