Mixer is Microsoft’s video game streaming service that allows anyone to broadcast gameplay, podcasts, or even casual video chats to their followers. Viewers can view streams on the mobile and Xbox apps or via the Xbox One dashboard and from within a web browser on any device.
Microsoft has been putting a lot of weight behind Mixer recently with the signing of major streamers such as Ninja. The service has also thrown its weight behind supporting smaller streamers such as those who fall under the LGBT umbrella for Pride Month or Black streamers during the current unrest in the United States by featuring them on the main page and promoting special chat stickers.
