The Minecraft Dungeons team is hard at work putting the finishing touches on Minecraft Dungeons for release in April 2020. However, due to the coronavirus outbreak, Minecraft Dungeon’s release might be pushed back. The Minecraft Dungeon team announced on Twitter, that they are working hard on releasing the game in April, but as their team is working remotely due to the coronavirus, some unforeseen issues may arise.

“As we’re working from home to do our part in protecting our community, our workflows will, unfortunately, be impacted. We’re working hard to deliver Minecraft Dungeons in April, but we’re also re-evaluating our timeline to make sure we bring you the best game possible. Stay tuned!”

Personally, releasing a great game is better than releasing a rushed one. I am glad that the Minecraft Dungeons team is focused on releasing “the best game possible.” If you are looking for updates on everything that’s happening with Minecraft Dungeons, sign up with your email here.
