Microsoft’s recently announced Windows Terminal app will soon be getting a new app icon in the style of Microsoft’s fresh design aesthetic that was revealed last year.

The icon (shown above) was tweeted out by Kayla Cinnamon, a project manager at Microsoft, earlier today and is fairly similar to the new icons for the Office apps with its streamlined features and shaded lines but is purely duotone, a distinctive change from the other, more colorful, icons.

Windows Terminal was unveiled back during Build 2019 last month. The app is designed to be a kind of hub for developers with a variety of tools for working with PowerShell, Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), and Cmd.
