Microsoft has just taken the wraps off its new Minesweeper-inspired Ugly Sweater, which will help you stay warm this holiday season with a cool sweater paying homage to a cult-classic Windows game. The Microsoft Minesweeper Ugly Sweater is now available for $74.99 on the US Xbox Gear Shop, and international shipping is available.

Just like last year, those of you who purchase this old-school Minesweeper sweater will be supporting a good cause, with Microsoft being committed to contributing $100,000 to AbleGamers on their quest to combat social isolation through play. You can learn more about what the AbleGamers charity does on this page.

🧶Knits finally here!🧶Get the Minesweeper-inspired #WindowsUglySweater and help us support @AbleGamers. Feeling good while you’re looking good; that’s a win-win.

If you want to push the Windows nostalgia to the max, Microsoft has you covered: We invite you to check out some “ugly virtual backgrounds” inspired by the puzzle video game, printable Solitaire crafts, as well as the original version of Minesweeper you can play in your web browser.

Are you planning to purchase Microsoft’s new Ugly Sweater for any sweater parties you’ll be attending this holiday season? Let us know in the comments below.
