Microsoft is running a promotion in the UK, giving users a chance to win a Lumia 640 XL in either matte black or glossy white. All you have to do is visit the Lumia Conversations link and mention why you deserve to win the handset, as well as your preferred color option. The more creative you get, the more chances you have to win the Lumia 640 XL. The Lumia Conversation post encourages anything to get noticed, from creative to goofy.
We think the Lumia 640 XL is perfect for those who like to think a little differently, and live larger than life, if you will. So we want you to get creative – a short story, a poem, a limerick or even a dad joke, could be your chance to get your hands on one. Whatever you think will get your entry noticed we want to see written in Black and White in the Comments below. Our panel of judges will be looking for originality, a great turn of phrase, or even something that just makes them smile!
Unfortunately, the promotion is only for users residing in the UK and you must be 18 years or older to participate. The promotion runs for one week, ending at 11:59 PM on August 3rd so make sure you enter before that date if you want to win the competition.
As a quick recap, the Lumia 640 XL comes with a gigantic 5.7-inch display sporting a resolution of 1,280 by 720 pixels and features a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. Other features includes a 13MP camera for photos and videos, a 5MP front-facing camera, a 3,000 mAh battery and ships with Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim as its operating system.
