That’s a bit earlier than expected, but Microsoft has just announced the dates for its Build 2020 developer conference. The event will be on May 19-21, 2020 in Seattle, and the company has yet to announce if it will once again be held at the Washington State Convention Center. We may also have to wait until early next year before the company opens registrations for the event.
As you may remember, this year’s Build conference was pretty light on Windows news, and we hope next year will be different. If Microsoft isn’t ready yet to talk about Windows Core OS/Windows Lite during its upcoming Surface event on October 2, Build 2020 should be a very good opportunity to do it.
If Microsoft’s annual developer conference is the event we’re most looking forward to next year, the software giant also announced the dates for the Microsoft Business Applications Summit (Anaheim, California | April 20-21, 2020), as well as Microsoft Inspire (Las Vegas, Nevada | July 20-24, 2020). Keep in mind that Microsoft Ignite, the company’s annual event for IT Pros will kick off in Orlando, Florida, on November 4 and last through Nov. 8.
In addition to these flagship events, Microsoft also has some regional tours for IT professionals, developers, and business decision makers across the world. We invite you to check out Microsoft’s Events website for more information about locations and dates.
