If you’re both a fan of Sci-Fi and racing games, then there might be some exciting times ahead. The best of both game worlds are coming together and Xbox One is set to get a new Sci-Fi racing video game in 2017.

As seen above, the trailer for the game, LIGHTFIELD, mentions that the hyper futuristic, omni-directional racing game will be coming to a home console near you in 2017. The trailer itself, nonetheless, features tech music as well as action shots from several modes of the game (including local multiplayer). It also points viewers to lightfieldgame.com, which then redirects to lostinthegarden.com, the website for the developer of the title.

The team behind LIGHTFIELD is based out of Wien, Austria. LIGHTFIELD is the team’s first project, and it is formally known as “Beyond 35000.” Be sure to stay tuned, as we will be here to keep you updated on any news on this title as it emerges. Until then, let us know what you think of the trailer by dropping us a comment below.
