Looks like a number of Windows Phone 7.5 Mango users, who recently updated to this new operating system, are reporting that they are having disappearing keyboards at random times. Microsoft has issued a statement stating that the company is working hard on fixing the issue.

“Customer support is working with the individuals reporting changes to their experience. We are investigating these reports to determine the root cause of any issues users are having,” Microsoft stated via email today.

As Mary Jo Foley reports, Microsoft is working on fixing the issue. Numerous users are complaining about a disappearing keyboard in the newly released Windows Phone 7.5 Mango update, which went live not that long ago.

The complaints even included having the keyboard not coming up when touching an input field and the keyboard disappearing in the middle of typing a sentence.

Anyone else facing this issue?
