Microsoft new Cloud-based TV platform is the company’s “ambitious new project.” Based on the preferred qualiicatios that Microsoft is looking for, it seems that Microsoft will be working on a Windows 8 app for this Cloud-based TV platform. “Experience with web application technologies (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript) and common frameworks (jQuery/knockout.js/sammy.js/less) and experience with mobile and browser application development (iOS/Android/Windows 8/RT or IE/Webkit based browsers)” Only time will tell exactly what Microsoft has up its sleeve with this project.
