Over in India, Microsoft won the 2012 Randstad Award for being the “most attractive employer” in the country for the second consecutive year. Microsoft was followed by Oracle India and Tata Consultancy Services.
“With more and more global companies entering India, we see a healthy competition not only in establishing brands but also in attracting the best skills to work for them,” Randstad India Managing Director and CEO Balaji stated during the event. The award was given to encourage best practices in the IT community and to identify the best “employer brand” in the country. Microsoft India has won this award for two consecutive years now.
