Microsoft Viva Goals was launched back in May as part of a private preview, but Microsoft is now ready to go public with the new goal-setting and management solution and is announcing general availability.

With the purchase of the Microsoft Viva Goals SKU or Microsoft Viva SKU, interested parties can get started today with it via Microsoft Teams or on the web. Of course, You’ll also need a Microsoft 365 F1, F3, E3, A3, E5, A5; Office 365 F3, E1, A1, E3, A3, E5, A5; Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium; or Microsoft SharePoint K, Plan 1, or Plan 2 license, too. These are the prerequisites for Viva Goals.

What are some of the benefits of Viva Goals? Well, according to Microsoft, you’ll get clarity, focus, and the ability to bring your goals into the flow of your everyday work. You’ll also be able to share progress on goals, enjoy custom dashboards, and bring data and actions right into Microsoft Teams, which you’re already using.
