Microsoft updates its Windows Device Recovery tool with minor spec bump

Today, Windows Device Recovery Tool has received a small update to version 3.4.34 that included some minor enhancements and bug fixes. The recovery tool is used for Lumia and third-party phones using Windows Phone 8.0/8.1 or Windows 10 , and it allows users to reset and recover phone software to the factory preset. It is particularly useful in case a phone has frozen and not responding.
